Criminal History
Tracks all pertinent data associated with a criminal record. Mug shots are displayed on the criminal screen for easy identification.

The Criminal History Module allows users to view, enter and maintain the following criminal records:
Address History, Alias, Gang, Arrests, Charges, Dispositions, Prisoner ID Cards, Warrants/Attachments, Physical Descriptors, Bonds, Emergency Contacts, Code 6 Rating, Visitation and Scheduling

Master Search
The master search module allows users to search names, addresses, physical descriptors, aliases, business, identification numbers and vehicles that were entered anywhere throughout the ARMMS system and have the results displayed on a single form. All searches resulting in criminal names include highlight bars that allow users to quickly identify persons with active warrants, detainers and those on probation or parole.

Electronic Police Report
Allows officers to create incident reports on laptops in their units and upload the data into the main ARMMS database upon completion or enter incident report data directly into the ARMMS database from the application server

Case Management
The Case Management Module allows users to assign and manage cases. The module tracks all activity related to a case and related expenses
Jail Management
ARMMS includes a comprehensive Jail Management module that includes the following sub-modules: Billing, Prisoner Release, Commissary, Magistrate Docket, Inmate Accounts, Classification, Medical and Inmate Discipline

Traffic
Track and maintain ticket book assignment, issued tickets and print court receipts. This module also includes a sub-module to track Hit and Run accidents.

Personnel
Allows tracking of agency personnel including equipment assigned, certifications and privileges assigned in the ARMMS system.

Property and Evidence
Track all property and evidence received by the agency. Fully integrated with the Electronic Police Report module.

Pawn Shop
Import data electronically from pawn shops. Fully integrated with the Electronic Police Report property data. Users are alerted when the serial number of pawn shop data matches that
of stolen property entered in the Electronic Police Report module.

Utilities
Allows maintenance and configuration of the application by system administrators. Administrators may merge criminal records, expunge records, administer privileges and maintain the code table files used by the ARMMS system
