Barbara M. Ruppert
is an experienced
and respected systems analyst and developer with
expert-level knowledge in law enforcement processes.
During here tenure with GCR & Associates,
Inc. of New Orleans, Ms. Ruppert’s skills
were employed in all phases of large system project
creation including initial concept and feasibility
analysis through design, development, and final
installation and implementation. Her ability to
understand client needs and consistently deliver
robust easy-to-use information systems has earned
Ms. Ruppert an impressive reputation in the law
enforcement community in Louisiana.
Barbara is an expert-level
Oracle and Microsoft .Net developer and holds
a Bachelor of Science degree from Southeastern
Louisiana University. She is currently pursing
a Masters of Science degree at the University
of New Orleans.

Michael DiMaggio
has spent the last 6 years writing and supporting
ARMMS software in an Oracle environment at
GCR & Associates in New Orleans. His work
has taken him to agencies throughout Louisiana
allowing him to learn about the problems that
face law enforcement professionals and how
to create, deliver and implement solutions
for them. His dedication and professionalism
have earned him the respect of both end users
and I.T. department managers everywhere.
Michael is an expert-level
Oracle solutions developer and has extensive
Oracle database experience. At GCR, he contributed
extensively to original ARMMS development
and was part of a team supporting LCLE's LEMIS
system. He has a Bachelors Degree in business
from S.L.U. in Hammond and a Certification
in Oracle studies from Tulane University in
New Orleans.

Jared L. Lewis
is an accomplished information systems consultant
and developer having contributed at GCR & Associates
for several years maintaining and supporting ARMMS
clients and participating in several enterprise-level
Oracle law enforcement installations. His knowledge
and experience includes data migration, cross-platform
system integration, Oracle application development
and Oracle back end installation and maintenance.
Jared created several ARMMS
modules currently in production throughout Louisiana
and was also part of the team supporting LEMIS for
the Louisiana Commission on Law Enforcement. He
is a graduate of Xavier University in New Orleans
and interned at Los Alamos National Laboratory in
New Mexico and at Lockheed Martin in New Orleans.
